Life continues
time goes by
day by day
year after year
Different feelings
mixed emotions
what is it telling me
I really don't know
It tells me that
time is just an illusion
yet I'm bound to time
just like the seasons
It tells me that
I'm stronger than I think
yet my thoughts are weak
making my spirit going back and forth
It tells me that
the world is good
yet there is so much suffering
making it hard staying peaceful
it tells me that
there still is hope
yet I feel often hopeless
when there is still no sign of improvement
It tells me that
everyone is connected
yet I've lost the connection
and I don't know which number to call back
It tells me that
my path in life is known
yet I don't know and how could I
with all these distractions in life
A multitude of negativity
an increasing number of desolations
tell me, how can you feel what is right for you
with so many desillusions everyday. . .
